Lab report abnormal
Based on my self-test, some of my test results appear to be elevated: - Uric acid: 7.8 mg/dL - SGPT (ALT): 87.6 U/L - SGOT (AST): 47.6 U/L What precautions should I take, and what should I do? I go to the gym regularly. I also take supplements such as whey protein and creatine, along with a high-protein diet.”

Do you consume alcohol? Because your SGOT AND SGPT are not a result of something acute. It is definitely chronic. May be transient too. Red meat, alcohol and dehydration can lead to increased uric acid.
Next Steps
Hydrate yourself properly while workout. Sweat tends to increase dehydration and loss of electrolytes. Replenishment of electrolytes is as important as hydration. Switch your protein diet from red meat( liver, kidney, mutton) to plant based protein, eggs, greek yogurt etc. Chicken also in moderation.

These results need proper confirmation. Uric acid 7.8 is elevated and the liver enzymes are raised, so do not ignore them. Avoid alcohol, unnecessary painkillers and high-protein supplements until reviewed. I would also check your medicines, weight, blood pressure and repeat liver/kidney tests with bilirubin, ALP/GGT, CBC and creatinine.
Next Steps
Please see a physician within a few days with the complete report. Do not start gout medicine on this report alone. Seek urgent care for jaundice, severe abdominal pain, repeated vomiting, confusion or very low urine. You can book a Practo consult with me or visit Synergy Multispeciality Hospital, Miraj for review.

High protein diet may increase uric acid and SGOT may increase due to gym weight exercises. And supplements should check properly whether it is good or not , may cause liver injury. Use natural protein sources.
Next Steps
Liver condition should followed up properly by doctor.
Health Tips
Don't use alcohol in any form. And avoid heavy weight exercises for sometimes and then check again the values.

uric acid (7.8) and liver enzymes (ALT 87.6, AST 47.6) are mildly elevated. Avoid alcohol and strenuous workouts for 5–7 days, stay well hydrated, and temporarily avoid nonessential supplements. Repeat LFT, kidney function, and CK after consulting a physician. Consider hepatitis screening and liver ultrasound if enzymes remain elevated.

Your uric acid, SGPT and SGOT readings can all rise temporarily with intense training, creatine, and a high protein diet, so one self-test isn't enough to draw conclusions from. These aren't necessarily signs of a problem on their own.
Next Steps
Please get these repeated at a proper lab after a few days of lighter training, and see a general physician to review the results with you.
Health Tips
If the numbers stay high on a repeat test, please don't ignore it. Persistently raised liver enzymes need a proper workup.
