  4. Lab results. Them or what do they mean?

Are these results normal? went to my pcp and said they were normal but according to the ranges on the lab results they are high. What can i do to lower them or what do they mean?? HDL CHOLESTEROL = 45 TRIGLYCERIDES = 129 ALT = 51
