Could be a viral infection.  You have taken enough antibiotics. Now take Chericof cough syp 5m.l. every 8 hours for 4 to 5 days. Tab voveran 50mg one every 8hours for 3 to 4 days, after meals. Tab multivitamin one morning and one evening for 15 days. Drink warm fluids,  do hot saline gargles, rest adequately. Take small frequent meals,  which should include nutritious substances. Gradually appetite will improve  and strength will recover. Further tests will depend on the outcome of treatment taken.

Hello, I am Dr. Romain Rajan, General Physician. I understand your concern. Low WBC, mild neutropenia/lymphopenia, and mildly raised CRP can occur in viral infections, early bacterial infections, or drug-related effects. Your symptoms of weakness, body pain, dizziness, low appetite, and mild cough may correlate with a recent infection. General Advice: Rest and maintain adequate hydration. Eat small, balanced meals to support recovery. Monitor temperature, symptom progression, and bleeding/bruising tendency. Medicines: You are currently on multiple antibiotics (Doxycycline, Azithromycin, Zifi CV). Using multiple antibiotics together can sometimes cause side effects and may not always be necessary—please review with your treating doctor. Further Tests / Monitoring: Repeat CBC in 3–5 days to monitor WBC recovery. Consider viral markers if symptoms persist (e.g., influenza, CMV, EBV). If dizziness or weakness worsens, check blood sugar, electrolytes, and kidney function. When to consult a doctor immediately: Persistent or worsening low WBC, high fever, or new infections Bleeding gums, easy bruising, or unexplained rashes Severe dizziness, fainting, or shortness of breath If symptoms persist or worsen, please consult your doctor for review of medications and further evaluation. You can connect with me on Practo or WhatsApp at 85271646 seven seven for a more personalized consultation. Best regards, Dr. Romain Rajan General Physician
