Loose motion vomiting and weakness
Since yesterday evening having loose motions 3, vomiting 3 and severe weakness went to movie and had some nachos and after that am havibg this problem

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
You can take a tab. Mahacef-plus twice a day after food for 3 days.
Tab. pantakind-D once a day half an hour before food for 3 days.
Cap. Cyfolac forte thrice a day before meals for 2 days.
Drink plenty of fluids.
