Weakness, hair whitening and poor sleep
I am a 28-year-old male. For the last few months, I have been experiencing weakness and low energy. My hair is turning white prematurely and my face looks dull. I also have difficulty sleeping and sometimes feel stressed. Earlier my weight was around 74 kg, but now it has reduced to around 67 kg. My blood tests showed low Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D levels, and high LDL cholesterol, triglycerides and non-HDL cholesterol. I want to know the possible cause and what treatment or diet I should follow.

As pointed out by various other consultants,it could be a vitamin deficiency. If on taking supplements, it gets corrected then it is good. If not, then there is a chance of underlying issue associated with stress which would need proper evaluation and treatment. Consider consulting a psychiatrist in such case. Can be anyone, anyone you already know or can consult me directly.
Next Steps
Wait 1-2 weeks after taking suppliments. If no improvement them consult a psychiatrist

Life style factors and genetics are mainly responsible for deranged lipids. Deficiency of vitamin b12, d3, can cause weakness, due to which one can feel stressed out and tired easily. Take tab neurobion forte one daily for 8 weeks. Tab uprise 60,000 units once a week for 8 weeks. For weight loss, get Haemoglobin,  thyroid profile,   sugar, done and share results. Take high protein and carbohydrate diet.  Also include nuts, curd,  milk, eggs, mushrooms,  berries,  fresh fruits and vegetables in diet. Avoid fatty,  sugary,  food, do regular physical exercise and relax adequately.  Repeat lipid profile after 6 or 8 weeks.

Get a regular CBC done , to look out for anaemia . Start taking supplements for low vitamin D and B 12 levels . Cut down on junk food . Take your meals on time , practice mindfulness and do exercises on a daily basis . Identify the factors in your life , discuss it with an expert if serious and work on it .
