Please consult with a General Physician in your area. You didn't mention what antibiotics you have taken. Usually a 3 days course of antibiotics is insufficient.

I am Dr Shamoon, Consultant Physician. Persistent extreme weakness and vomiting after high fever, with inability to manage daily work, can mean dehydration or an ongoing infection and should not be treated only at home. The continuing cough also needs a chest examination; do not continue antibiotics without medical review.
Next Steps
Start ORS or water in frequent small sips and avoid heavy food until vomiting settles. Please arrange a same-day examination and basic tests; go urgently if you cannot keep fluids down, pass very little urine, become drowsy, develop breathlessness, chest pain or recurrent high fever. Book a Practo consult or visit Synergy Multispeciality Hospital, Miraj.
Hello, fever settling is a positive sign, but extreme weakness, vomiting sensation, and difficulty performing daily activities need medical evaluation.
Please consult a physician today to check for dehydration, ongoing infection, or other causes of weakness. Continue adequate fluids , take light meals, and rest. Do not continue or change antibiotics without medical advice.
If you develop persistent vomiting, difficulty breathing, confusion, fainting, or inability to drink fluids, seek emergency care.
Feeling weak and tiredness is quite common post most of viral infections and with antibiotic course .
If it is troubling you much , consult a doctor examining the vitals and systematic review may be required .
Urinary tract infections along side can also make you feel nauseous and tired
Next Steps
Consult a doctor, if required do the routine examination like CBC , URE
It's common to feel this drained after a high fever and a throat infection, and you may need one to two weeks to get your energy back. Your nausea may partly come from the antibiotic course or from eating little over the past few days.
Next Steps
Sip fluids steadily through the day, including oral rehydration solution, and eat small, bland meals often rather than big ones. If you're not improving in two or three days, see a general physician for a blood count and a chest check, since your cough is still there.
Health Tips
Get seen the same day if you can't keep fluids down, pass very little urine, feel breathless, or the fever returns.
