Weakness and nausea together can come from several causes. Dehydration, a mild infection, or low blood sugar are the common ones at your age.
Next Steps
Please get a basic check up done soon. New symptoms at your age are worth an in-person review rather than waiting it out.
Health Tips
Please seek medical attention right away if you develop fever, vomiting, or your BP drops further.

The underlying issue could be psychological which is very common in old age or physical. You can share the details here on Practo. Bp though towards the lower side is not abnormal.
Next Steps
If she is feverish too then you should get lab investigations done like cbc, lft, kft, blood sugar tests like hba1c or random blood sugar, serum electrolytes. Otherwise regular lifestyle improvements, diet and water intake will help.
Health Tips
If she has increased sweating, fainting or breathes heavily, get her checked physically immediately

For best outcome, you should take her a physician and have physical examination. Apart from general blood investigations (cbc, lft, rft) do additional serum vit B12 especially if she is mostly on vegetarian diet because it’s deficiency can cause wide range of health issues.
