My 78-year-old grand father had recent hip surgery 15 days ago Initially (few days after surgery), he had: confusion and delirium which improved after we started melatonin 3mg. But for the last 3 days: during daytime he is mostly normal At night (after ~9 PM), he becomes very restless: keeps turning left - straight continuously cannot stay in one position even for a few seconds asks to sit every 10–15 minutes, sits briefly, then lies down and repeats appears sleepy but unable to fall asleep There are no hallucinations now, but restlessness is severe. His reports show low sodium (129). His sugar in today morning - 78 2 hours After lunch (just 2 spoon) - 90 He is also eating very little. He doesn't like taste of anything at all. No juice, no food nothing. He's hardly eating 2-3 spoon. So somehow I started giving him ORS twice a day. And yes He's very stubborn person - doesn't like to go or stay in hospitals. even for broken bone surgery we had to convince him too much.

I am attaching a pic. I have had this issue for 20 days. I noticed a ringworm kind of patch and also white layer in my groin area which is itchy sometimes. Need medication or any home remedies.

We attended one pet event on 11th April, my son got tiny scratches of chest. We have given first dose of Rabies on 14th April, ( is it too late)? Second dose onward we shifted to Municipality hospital. Second dose taken on 17th April and Third on 21st April and now 4th dose will be on 11th May. As per Municipality 4 does is good enough, is it correct?

I'm planning to take Annavar anabolic medicine for muscle building for lean body is it safe and I'm already taking naltima and another sleeping pills which prescribed by doctor so can I take it or I need to stop my medicine

10 days ago , my TSH was 5 ( 0-4) T3 T4 normal Today TSH came 9.6 , from last 8 years , my tsh value always comes slightly high above the upper limit , last year I did anti tpo ( AMA) was quite normal 0.3 For the last one month , I have been feeling muscle pain , the doctor prescribed me 12.5 thyrox , should I continue the medicine

I take care of street dogs on regular basis,last time i had taken booster dose is almost 3-5 months ago and its only 1 shot of ARV and my 5 dose of vaccine is taken on 2023-2024 i dont remember,so my question for now is one female stray has given birth to 3 puppies they are almost 1 months old when i pick them up their my wrist and hand got tiny scratches by their nails so do i need vaccine for that or they are just puppies so i am safe pls suggest me thanks.

While visiting a hospital for my wife's vaccination I have seen that nurse has taken cotton with spirit but she said that this is wrong injection so I went for changing it and after coming I have seen that she used the cotton she kept on table . But now I doubt may be the cotton was used . Does this is  my ocd doubt or risk for HIV infection?

Every night whenever i sleep i have pain in both of my calves which doesnt go easily. But in the day while moving and doing it doesn't pain. I do normal household work. I ask someone to press my calves then i feel relief. Pls help and suggest how to diagnose the real problem.

My cat scratched me and there was a puncture mark along with tinge of blood. She is completely indoors and is vaccinated. I got my tetanus booster two years back so I need to get another shot?
