From evening my BO reading is below 100/70 it's show 90/57 will pulse of 60-70. I have repeated multiple times. Generally it will not be in this range. Past years I am suffering from chest tightness/left side chest pain. Did all test previously like TMT/echo/ ECG. I have skipping beat issue as well where my PVC is more than 5% . I am taking concor 5mg in morning. Is this BP reading is dangerous

It’s not necessarily dangerous if you are asymptomatic, but since you are on Concor (bisoprolol) 5 mg and have a history of frequent PVCs (>5%) with recurrent chest tightness/left-sided chest pain, the low BP may be medication-related and warrants reassessment.
It would be advisable to review your medication dose and undergo a repeat ECG/Holter monitoring.
Health Tips
Monitor for symptoms such as dizziness, lightheadedness, fainting, worsening chest pain, shortness of breath, or palpitations. If any of these are present, seek immediate medical attention.

Not dangerous, but not desirable as it can lower further on standing and cause dizziness. Concor does lower b.p and it's use can be reviewed. Concor can be replaced by ivabradine, as it will not affect b.p. But consult your treating doctor before.
Avoid sitting for long with legs hanging down, spread legs in front, while sitting. Take some rehydrating, salty fluids in the day like salted butter milk, lemonade, etc.
Get your thyroid function tests done and share results.
Based on this, you are experiencing mild clinical hypotension. While your past cardiac tests like TMT, Echocardiogram, and ECG were normal, a sudden structural drop in blood pressure can make you feel lightheaded and requires close attention.
You mentioned a history of left-side chest tightness and a skipping beat issue where your Premature Ventricular Contractions (PVCs) make up more than 5% of your total heartbeats, for which you take Concor 5mg (Bisoprolol) every morning. Concor is a beta-blocker that treats PVCs by slowing down the heart rate and relaxing blood vessels; your current drop to 90/57 \text{ mmHg} is very likely a direct pharmacological side effect of this medication lowering your blood pressure too heavily today.
Next Steps
Increase Oral Hydration and Fluids Immediately: Drink a glass of water with Oral Rehydration Salts (ORS) or clear salted electoral fluids right away to safely boost your circulating blood volume and help bring your blood pressure out of the 90s.
Avoid Sudden Postural Movements: When changing positions—especially when getting out of bed or rising from a sitting chair—stand up very slowly and sit on the edge for a minute to prevent sudden gravity-induced dizziness (orthostatic hypotension).
Health Tips
To safely review your PVC trends, evaluate if your Concor 5mg dosage needs a precise medical titration side-by-side with your low blood pressure readings, and provide an adjusted safe prescription, please book a direct consultation session via my Practo profile."
