BP reduced to 115/70
Recently when verified with the doctor there was high blood pressure 149/91 couple times so suggested to start medication and with in week now show 115/70 Usually BP was with the reading 135/85 to 142/90 but last couple times it was above 150/92 so started medicine and as I stated since week it is 115/70 is it expected? And continue medicines?

Drugs take some time for their actions..you should take your HTN drugs at proper time and measure BP daily same time.. If your BP below 140/90..means drug working properly..

Your BP is normal because of medicine. Please don't discontinue medicine thinking that you have become normal. Your BP will again go up if you stop medicine.

Now your bp is in normal range after medications, continue the same. Monitor your bp every month. 6 monthly eye examination is advisable.

If bp is stable after medication better to continue and monitor your BP and have follow up with the doctor.
