Low BP around 90/70
My BP is usually around 100/70 (frok what I've observed from past 6 checkups) , yesterday I had 80/60 which resulted in weakness, is it normal to have such low BP generally or should I get it checked?

Take regular meals three times a day Keep hydrated with water, coconut water and sherbet. Regular exercise and yoga to be included in lifestyle Take multivitamins from time to time Do BP charting twice a week Kindly consult if any further query
