This will take time but it will happen spontaneously. I suggest you should consult a Psychiatrist for a physical consultation. At the age of 21 years you have too many symptoms which you attribute to your food habits but instead of changing your food habits you look for medical treatment.

That spike in blood pressure and your anxiety are likely a perfect storm from that meal.
Next Steps
Slowly drink 1 or 2 glasses of plain water it helps your kidneys filter out excess sodium. Don't chug it sip it. If you have a banana or an orange, eat it. Potassium helps balance out sodium and relaxes blood vessel walls. do deep breathing since you are feeling anxious Inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 7, exhale slowly for 8. This physically signals your brain to lower your heart rate. Avoid More Triggers No more snacks, tea, or scrolling on your phone. The blue light will worsen the sleep disturbance you're already fighting.
Health Tips
Go to the ER immediately if you experience Severe chest pain or pressure. A sudden worst ever headache. Blurry vision or sudden numbness. Difficulty breathing that isn't just anxiety related.

As you are very young, this is this may not be essential hypertension ( not primary cause). This might be due to your anxiety. Reduce salt intake and increase foods rich in magnesium like banana. Recheck bp after 4 hrs and if bp still elevated do consult me for proper evaluation

It is very common for blood pressure and heart rate to spike after a meal heavy in salt, sugar, and processed foods. Your body is currently processing that 'sodium load,' and the anxiety you feel is likely pushing your numbers a bit higher. Here is how to manage it right now: Hydrate: Drink 2–3 glasses of water over the next hour to help your kidneys flush out the extra salt. Balance with Potassium: If you have a banana or coconut water, have some now. Potassium helps counteract the effects of sodium. Breathe: Sit quietly and take slow, deep breaths for 10 minutes. This will calm your nervous system and help lower your heart rate and BP. Re-test Tomorrow: Don't worry about the '150/90' tonight. Check it again tomorrow morning when you are calm and rested. If you develop a severe headache, chest pain, or changes in your vision, seek medical attention. Otherwise, rest and hydration are your best tools tonight. After that, do consult a General Physician for further evaluation.

BP in this range is not due to eating food for a day or two and sodium overload bcoz of that. Hypertension is a metabolic disease and we need to work u up for all the probable causes especially when your age is young . We also need to know your weight and family history of hypertension
Next Steps
Consult a MD Medicine doctor

Hi, this is most likely due to temporary stimulation, not just sodium. What you had includes: High salt + processed food Sugar + caffeine (cold drink, chocolate) This can cause: Temporary rise in BP (150/90) Increased heart rate (~100) Anxiety / restlessness
Next Steps
Don’t panic — this is usually temporary Drink some water Sit and do slow deep breathing Avoid more caffeine tonight Important There is no need to “flush out sodium” — your body will handle it naturally through kidneys.
