Suddenly my BP 150/100
Today is my first day of my period. I always have low pressure like 98/75. My iron level is also low so i take iron supplements at night after having food. So yesterday suddenly i thought to let's check my bp as i was not doing well because my period started. So i was surprised to see that my bp is so high! it is 150/100 . my heart beat was ok like 80 to 85. but why my bp is so high? I got tensed and googled and found that first day of period sometimes bp gets high. But still Im very tensed. After that I didn't check my bp. no other symptoms like chest pain shortness of breath is there. Please help me out. Is it normal to have high bp during periods or I have something other issues?
