High Bp in the evening
I have noticed that in winters my bp goes up . when i wake up it's normal like 110/80 but in evening around 8 pm it's 140/95 my home bp shoes 1st reading always high like 150/100 i have started telma 20 at 5 pm please guide

If telma was through doctor consultation then it's OK to take.  Take bp twice a day after staying calmly for 10-15 minutes at home for 3 consecutive days.  Then consult the Physician once again.

BP readings are lower in the morning, continues to rise during the day.partly influenced by your work nature ,stress and anxiety, salt intake etc.When you record the BP , don't consider the first reading.Changes lifestyle and diet habits could help you in getting the BP well under control.

Evening bp may increase upto 30 percent as salt Intake during daytime, watching news,and stress Bp is not seasonal disease but chronic condition
