Good morning doctor please clear my doubt my bp most of time reading range is 134/68 and 126/66 range.. but sometimes it's range is 124/82. Is it dangerous because lower side bp most of time remains in range of 66-75. Please clear my doubt. I am patient of health anxiety not taking any medicine for this.. please help

My wife has ITP. It was first detected when she was a child. After taking steroids for some days, her platelet count became normal. Then for many years everything was fine. During her teenage years, her platelets dropped again but became normal within one week. This time, after a few years, she had another ITP episode and her platelets dropped to 30-40 thousand. Due to heavy menstrual bleeding, she also lost blood. The doctor gave her Wysolone and Eltrombopag. Within 7-8 days, her platelets increased to 460,000. My only question is: Should we continue Eltrombopag or not? Does continuing it increase the risk of clotting or blood clots? When should it be stopped, or should it be continued?

I am suffering from functional megarectum can it be fully cured at home I used to hold stool it's affecting my school life it's been 3 years till that start 2023 -2026😭

A stray female dog teeth touched my finger while I was playing with her. There was no wound or scratch sign at that time. So do I need to check for doctor? Incident happened 6-7 days ago and now there is a skin dryness peel mark which is visible but it was not there that day.
