IgE esr and ortho

Went for general health check up .. In that my igE level is 1332, ESR is 69 and vitamin b12 is 203.. But I don't have any symptoms.. Recently had shoulder and neck pain doctor told to take mri .. In neck mri cervical spondylosis is there and doctor told to do physio.. In shoulder mri mild inflammation is there and doctor gave medicine for 2 weeks and if pain is there he told to put PRP injection in shoulder... My query is 1. Is this shoulder pain anyway related to igE and esr levels ? 2. What should I do further for elevated igE and esr level? 3. Is PRP safe to proceed??

Regarding rabies vaccine

Hello doctors, I hope you are all doing fine. Before a week when I went for a trip I was walking outside at night. At that time I encountered few stray dogs one of the dogs played with me he nibbled my calves. Now I'm afraid whether I should take vaccine or not. I don't have any injury or scrap. Infact that nibble was a playful gesture I didn't even felt the pressure on my calves when it nibbled, I just felt the dogs teeth. My legs were also covered by my pants and I don't see any holes on my pants either. Should I take the vaccine now? Thank you for your time on reading this!
