2 months before I took the package of tests in which Hba1c & all other tests are normal, but was diagnosed with vitamin D , vitamin b12 deficiency & high cholesterol! I used vitamin D supplements (60k) for 8 weeks & b12supplements (1500mcg) for 2 months & now I'm also using neurobion forte since 15 days, & for cholesterol I took atorvistatin 10mg for 2 months & stopped it. Still I'm experiencing burning feet! Can U please prescribe the correct medication for this?

Persistent burning feet may take several weeks to months to improve even after correction of vitamin B12 and vitamin D deficiency, as nerve recovery is slow. Since HbA1c is normal, repeat serum vitamin B12, vitamin D, fasting blood sugar, thyroid profile, and consider nerve conduction studies if symptoms persist.
If burning pain is troublesome, medicines such as pregabalin or gabapentin may be considered, but these require evaluation .
Also review lipid profile before stopping atorvastatin, as cholesterol treatment is usually long term.
Next Steps
To do TFT,Repeat vit D & B12 , FBS,RFT and nerve conduction study if symptoms persist
Health Tips
Nerve-related symptoms often improve gradually over weeks to months. Maintain good hydration, regular exercise
You're already taking all needed medicine...
I want to know how much was your d3 level so that 2 month medicine was sufficient or not ? Are you taking just neurobiin forte???
Kindly consult for better guidance.
