Weakness from last 3 months.

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Dear sir, Before 3 months I have diagnosed with widal fever. From last 3 months I'm facing weakness, I have went for surgical profile and got all normal results. Identified 7mm kidney stone left side. I'm always feeling weakness or tired. Regularly I'm taking good food and fruits, still feeling same. Do I go to any other tests? Can you please suggest me what should I do to get rid of this!
