Hello, Based on your symptoms, this could be a common viral upper respiratory tract infection or allergic rhinitis. For now, I would suggest: 1. Stay well hydrated and take adequate rest. 2. Use saline nasal spray for a runny nose. 3. Avoid dust, smoke and other possible allergens. 4. Take regular breaks from mobile screens (20-20-20 rule) to reduce eye strain. 5. Avoid self-medication and unnecessary antibiotics. Do you need any tests? At present, if symptoms are mild and there is no fever or breathing difficulty, routine investigations may not be necessary. Further tests can be decided after clinical assessment. I would like to know a few more things: - Do you have fever, cough or sore throat? - Is your nasal discharge watery or thick? - Do you have sneezing or itching in your nose? - Is there any redness, watering or blurred vision in your eyes? I recommend an online consultation so that I can assess your symptoms, guide you regarding appropriate medication and advise whether any investigations are required. Wishing you a speedy recovery!

A runny nose with body weakness for 3 to 4 days usually points to a common viral cold, which typically settles on its own within a week. The eye burning when using your phone is more likely digital eye strain adding on top, rather than part of the same infection.
Next Steps
Rest, stay well hydrated, and try steam inhalation or warm saline gargles to ease the congestion. Take short breaks from your screen and blink more often to rest your eyes. Paracetamol can help if fever or body ache develops.
Health Tips
See a general physician if the weakness lasts beyond a week, you develop high fever, or breathing feels difficult.
