For a mild cold, rest, warm fluids and saline nasal drops are usually enough. Sinarest contains multiple medicines and may cause drowsiness, dry mouth or palpitations. Do not take it with any other paracetamol-containing medicine or alcohol, and avoid it without medical advice if you have high BP, heart disease, glaucoma or prostate problems. If you still need it, confirm the correct dose with a doctor/pharmacist; seek review for high fever, breathing difficulty or symptoms lasting over a week.
