Fatigue last 2-3 months
Hi , last few months am extremely feeling fatigue..i increased weight also., I sleep 4-5 hours., Work pressure and stress also more ..don't know how to come out of this.,.please suggest..

have meals on time. excersise regularly. sleep for 7-8hrs at night. reduce stress by breathing excersises.

Sleep is very important wash your hand and foot before sleep. Take more vegetables and fruits in diet. screen time should be less than 2 hours i ean mobile and TV use. Do yoga and exercise for atleast 20 minutes. Go for some basic investigation like Hemoglobin, thyroid function test.
