I think, I have got chronic fatigue syndrome. I have been suffering from physical fatigue and slowed cognitive ability from the last 8 months. I have visited multiple doctors, did multiple tests, and later refered to Psychiatrist. I have seen multiple psychiatrist and taken multiple antidepressants but nothing is helping me. I am getting misdiagnosis with MD. I highly suspect that it is chronic fatigue syndrome. It's a rare deaseses where many doctors have no expertise in it. I am looking for doctors. ME/CFS is a real condition, but it is a diagnosis of exclusion: it requires at least six months of disabling fatigue with post-exertional malaise (feeling much worse for a day or more after even mild activity), unrefreshing sleep and cognitive "brain fog", once other causes have been ruled out. Your eight months of fatigue with slowed thinking fits the pattern, but common treatable causes - anaemia, iron and vitamin B12 or D deficiency, thyroid disease, diabetes, sleep apnoea, post-viral states and depression - must first be excluded properly. Antidepressants alone are often not the answer if the underlying problem has not been mapped out.
Next Steps
Collect all your reports in one file and stay with one general physician as your main doctor rather than moving between many. A reasonable baseline is CBC, ESR/CRP, ferritin, vitamin B12 and D, TSH, HbA1c, LFT, RFT, electrolytes, coeliac screen and, if you snore or wake unrefreshed, a sleep study. Use pacing - plan activity within your energy limit and avoid push-crash cycles - along with a fixed sleep schedule and a symptom diary. Please continue psychiatric follow-up rather than stopping medicines abruptly. You are welcome to consult me on Practo or at Synergy Miraj to review the reports together.
Health Tips
Do not stop or change psychiatric medicines on your own; discuss tapering with your treating doctor. Seek urgent care for chest pain, breathlessness, fainting, marked weight loss or any thoughts of self-harm.

I can image how distressing it would be to go through chronic fatigue syndrome. No one in the world could feel normal understand how exactly you are doing. Only the person who experience it can know..... One of the major reason for CFS is stress. I hope u must have addressed that. I'm not talking about antidepressants and anxiolytics. Have you managed to reduce your stress levels or did u find a way to come out of it?? There lies your answer.....
Secondly please get your CBC, vitamin D and B12 levels as well.
Fix your diet and include exercise. This actually increases your happy hormones
