Despite normal thyroid HTN and sugar levels, excessive sleepiness can be caused by various factors, including: 1. Anemia 2. Vitamin deficiencies (B12, D, iron) 3. Sleep disorders (sleep apnea, insomnia) 4. Medication side effects 5. Hormonal imbalances (adrenal, cortisol) 6. Chronic fatigue syndrome 7. Depression or anxiety 8. Poor sleep hygiene 9. First kindly rule out vitamin D, B12, Iron and calcium deficiences. Feeling tired and sleepy during the day can also be due to OSA(obstructive sleep apnea). Do you snore at night? Are you obese? Do you have a short neck, large tongue, or a short jaw? How sleepy are you during day time? Kindly evaluate your sleepiness using Epworth pictorial sleepiness scale which is available easily in google images, if it is more than 10 then you have OSA and must be evaluated.
Next Steps
kindly go for serum vitamin D, B12, iron and calcium levels. if your symptoms correlate with OSA, consult a pulmonologist and you might require a sleep study

It sounds like you're experiencing chronic fatigue and excessive daytime sleepiness, despite getting a proper amount of sleep at night. Since you've ruled out common conditions like diabetes, thyroid issues, and hypertension, it's possible that other causes such as anemia, vitamin deficiencies (like vitamin D or B12), sleep disorders (such as sleep apnea or narcolepsy), or even mental health conditions like depression or anxiety could be playing a role. I would suggest getting some blood tests done to check for deficiencies or anemia. Additionally, evaluating your sleep quality, stress levels, and lifestyle could provide further insights. It's important not to self-medicate, as the underlying cause needs to be accurately diagnosed for effective treatment. Please consult me for a thorough evaluation and proper treatment options.
