Cholesterol check after 3 months
Hello Doctors , I had a total cholesterol 219 , triglycerides 226 ,HDL 48 and LDL 148 .. 3 months ago along with high bp , doctors prescribed me medicines for 6 months . FOR 3 months  I TOOK NO MEDICINES , changed my diet,  reduced junk and did exercises and tested again after 2 and half months , reports are total cholesterol 192 , triglycerides 316 , HDL 41 , LDL 121 . just my trigylcerides have increased rest all reduced . PLEASE   KINDLY CHECK AND COMPARE BOTH AND KINDLY SUGGEST IF I SHOULD CONTINUE WHATEVER I AM DOING OR JUST START TAKING MEDICINES  OR HOW CAN I REDUCE MY TRIGLYCERIDES SPECIFICALLY , ANY SUGGESTIONS ?? I JUST WANTED TO REDUCE IT NATURALLY SO I DIDNT TAKE ANY MEDICINES THANKS FOR HELPING AND SUPPORTING
