Tab Orofer XT is good but if she can get injectable then she will recover soon. The Hb level will increase as well.

get electrophoresis done for further evaluation.

Orofer XT in my opinion....bcos in that u will get Vitamin B12 + Folate as a combo

Please share her cbc report and diagnosis.anemia can be due to different causes and accordingly either iron,folic acid B12 or a combination is prescribed.
