Your LDL is very high
It need medication but before that you should rule out causes that can lead to high cholesterol
You should get routine test done before starting medications
Like diabetes screening, thyroid function test, LFT and RFT
Bad cholesterol is above normal limit which will have a lot of health effects in the long term if not taken care of.
You need to be started on cholesterol lowering drug as early as possible.
Thyroid profile needed.

1)Change cooking oil to olive/sunflower/canola oil
2) Physical exercise-jogging/cycling/strength training for minimum 60min atleast 5 days per week
