There is no such single test. Hypertension,  diabetes, high lipids, Obesity,  stress, smoking, alcohol use,  genetic factors,  are the risk factors for stroke and these should be taken care of,  to prevent stroke.

Not such as but regular lipid profile ,hba1c ,vascular carotid doppler and chad2vasc score may help in predict of stroke risk .
