What is a pin stroke symptoms

I heard my mother say that one of my aunt’s had a pin stroke. I am curious to know what exactly is a pin stroke? Also, what are pin stroke symptoms? Is pain in the left arm, dizziness and nausea all a part of this? Detailed response from those working in the medical community would be appreciated.
