This pattern - sudden pin-prick pain in the ring finger with no cut or swelling - is nerve irritation, most often the ulnar nerve getting compressed at the elbow or the C8 root in the neck. Vitamin B12 or D deficiency and borderline sugars make such nerves fire even more. The faint feeling is your body's reflex to a sharp pain spike, not a brain problem, so the cerebellum is not the issue here.
Next Steps
Get CBC, HbA1c, TSH, vitamin B12 and vitamin D done, avoid leaning on the elbow, and I usually start B12 with a nerve-calming tablet in such cases. Come in fast if the finger goes numb, weak, cold or blue. Book a consult with me on Practo with those reports and we will fix the cause, not just the pain.

This presentation could be related to several different neurological pathways. To give you an accurate diagnosis, we would need to review your previous reports and conduct a thorough workup. I recommend scheduling an appointment.

You are using scientific terms rather loosely . You said "Stabbing pin like pain". Then you said, "Cerebellum". A physical examination by a General Physician is of utmost importance in your case.

Aapke symptoms ko properly assess karna zaroori hai, kyunki finger mein sudden stabbing pain ke saath faint/near-faint sensation ko sirf local finger problem maan kar ignore nahi karna chahiye.
Next Steps
Please mujhse Practo par consultation lein, jisse main aapki complete history, BP/sugar aur required investigations ko properly assess karke appropriate treatment plan suggest kar sakun.
Health Tips
Agar abhi severe dizziness/fainting, chest pain, breathlessness, weakness/numbness ya speech/vision problem ho, to urgent medical evaluation karwayein.
