What are symptoms of ischemic stroke

My aunt had an ischemic stroke about a year ago. We couldn’t understand the signs indicating the oncoming of her stroke which led to complications in her case. Now, I am extremely anxious about the same happening to someone else. So can someone tell me what are symptoms of ischemic stroke?
