Hello doctor, I wanted to ask about my mother. She has some swelling near her belly button and now the navel looks slightly pushed out. This started about one month ago. At first she had itching there, but now there is only a little swelling and the bulge. She takes Amlosafe 3D for blood pressure. Can you please tell us what this could be and what treatment she needs? Thank you.

I m 42years old...I am suffering from typhoid fever since 21 days...after taking taxim 200 for 10days..now my fever is gone...but weakness is there and blood test report is still typhoid positive...Doctor told me take iv 2gm injection of monocef..along with Azithromycin 500 two times  a day both  for 5days...I wonder being this much weak would I be able to tolerate high power medicine like this...what should I do pls suggest...

I have stomach pain kindly suggest me why this issue is occured and please let me know how to cure this problem. Kindly help me

Hello Doctor, My husband received his thyroid test results: T3: 1.3 (range: 0.97–1.69) T4: 7.54 (range: 5.53–11) TSH: 20 (range: 0.04–4.049) He is currently taking Thyronorm 75 mcg. Could you please advise whether he should continue with the same medication or if he needs to consult you for a dosage adjustment? Thank you, Doctor.

Recently i took full body check up with blood samples and observed following result- Iron -61ug/dl Vitamin B12- 157pg/ml Vitamin D total-5.73ng/ml This result is below the required range. please suggest how can I boost this level.
