Hello Doctor, My husband received his thyroid test results: T3: 1.3 (range: 0.97–1.69) T4: 7.54 (range: 5.53–11) TSH: 20 (range: 0.04–4.049) He is currently taking Thyronorm 75 mcg. Could you please advise whether he should continue with the same medication or if he needs to consult you for a dosage adjustment? Thank you, Doctor.

Main complaint: • Pain in the anal area while passing stool and after passing stool • Cutting-type pain started while passing hard stool • Duration: ~30 days • Pain increases after stool • Pain while sitting sometimes • No bleeding reported • No itching • Stool sometimes hard (likely constipation)
