Facing from last 2.5 yrs

I believe I have Pruritus ani, which started 2.5 years ago with very severe, unbearable itching, especially at night when it started. Being from a small town, I couldn't consult a proper doctor and felt hesitant to discuss it. It improved little but returned around Aug-Sept. As a JEE aspirant, I sit 10-12 hours daily on chair, which may contribute to it. I tried Jatyadi tel for 4-5 months, but felt no relief and increased it inserted. from January, consulted a homeopathic doctor and did sitz baths for 2 months baths reduced symptoms by ~30-40%, but itching still persists. it's unbearable, from all my knowledge I can conclude it's not piles, fissures (as no pain/bleed), not worms since nowadays from few months it doesn't itch at night, maybe some kind of skin disease. &it only happens after bowel movements, all day i wear warm clothes and undergarments and doesn't itch. but whenever I expose the area to air it itches. it feels like some mosquito bites in anus scratching make it worse

Post chickenpox exposure vaccine

My friend developed chickenpox symptoms on Friday night (21 Mar) and now has multiple blisters on the face and body, including inside the mouth and throat. I had very close contact for about 5 days (Wed–Sun, 19–23 Mar), This includes the 1–2 days before symptoms, when the virus is also contagious, so the exposure period has been calculated accordingly. After confirming on Monday, I reduced contact and have had no contact since Monday night (24 Mar). So far, I have no clear symptoms like rash or blisters, but during the contact period I felt mild feverishness, body pain, and slight itching & twinkling sensation, which resolved on its own. Given this level of exposure, will taking the varicella vaccine now still help? Will it prevent infection or at least reduce severity if I develop symptoms? Also, am I still within the effective time window for post-exposure vaccination, or is it too late? Please advise Thankyou.
