In your ECG, you have T-wave inversion. This can be harmless but can create problems.
Do you feel chest pain or breathlessness after walking about 100-200 metres? If yes, then let's know.
Your ECG appears within normal limits. Your lipid profile is also reassuring â an HDL of 70 is excellent (higher is better for heart protection), and LDL of 111 is acceptable, especially with such a good HDL. A routine checkup with no symptoms, a normal ECG, and healthy cholesterol levels is a great result â nothing to worry about here.
Next Steps
Continue with annual checkups and maintain a healthy lifestyle with regular physical activity and a balanced diet. Please consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation.
Your cholesterol values are generally reassuring. 😊 Your HDL (good cholesterol) of 70 mg/dL is excellent and helps protect your heart. An LDL of 111 mg/dL is near optimal, and your total cholesterol of 198 mg/dL is within the desirable range.
If you are otherwise healthy and do not have conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, or a strong family history of early heart disease, these results usually do not require medication. Continue eating a balanced diet, stay physically active, maintain a healthy weight, and avoid smoking if applicable.
Wishing you good health!
Iron deficiency anemia is common among women, so get basic tests like a CBC done every six months.
If symptoms such as weight gain appear, also undergo a TFT test.
If u don’t have Hypertension/diabetes no need to worry, Ecg shows non specific changes, Lipid profile is also ok. I would suggest Lifestyle modification.
