ECG interpretation requires examining each lead, rate, rhythm, and intervals in full detail — this cannot be done reliably from a small thumbnail image online. Chest heaviness triggered by emotional stress in someone already under psychiatric care is often anxiety-related, but cardiac causes must always be formally ruled out with a proper in-person ECG review.
Next Steps
Please show this ECG to a cardiologist in person for a proper reading. If chest heaviness worsens, spreads to the arm or jaw, or comes with breathlessness, seek emergency care immediately. Please consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation.
