MuscleWeakness/fatigue in hands and legs
I'm a 32-year-old male and have recently noticed that my muscles seem to tire much more easily than before. Simple activities such as carrying groceries, holding objects for a period of time, or doing household chores can cause aching and fatigue in my hands and arms. I've also been experiencing similar fatigue and weakness-like sensations in my legs. This has been going on for the past few weeks. I haven't had any major injuries, and I haven't significantly changed my activity level. I'm trying to understand what could be causing this. Has anyone experienced something similar? What are some common reasons for increased muscle fatigue or weakness at my age?

Generalized muscle weakness and easy fatigability in a 32-year-old male without injury can have several causes including Vitamin D or B12 deficiency, thyroid dysfunction, electrolyte imbalances, or early neuromuscular conditions. A basic blood workup would help narrow down the cause quickly.
Next Steps
Get a CBC, thyroid profile, Vitamin D, B12, calcium, and potassium tested. Please consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation.
