I am having stomach pain for past 2 days and anything I am eating, vomiting happens. Please suggest me the prescription

I am facing hair loss and new hair is not even growing for last 7 -8 yrs and I am feeling weak all the time. From last 2 yrs I have taken iron vitamins medicines as recommended by dr. But now I have stopped now again I am facing same issues what r the test would u recommend me to take and which dr I prefer for diagnostic.

Hi Doctors A stray dog passed by me from my back and I saw, though I was in a full sleeve pant and had not suspected anything that day but after a day I suspect there is a little superficial scratch on my leg without bleeding. I have completed 5 shots 3 years back and one booster dose as well 7 months back can I go for one booster dose this time as well is it safe, or do 2 shots or full course. Please suggest... I am unable to get proper sleep since last 4 to 5 days. My sleep cycle seems disturbed where I am either sleeping at 3 am or 6 am at morning and hence waking up at noon. This is sudden and haven't experienced such symptoms before. My normal sleep cycle is 11 pm to 8 am, somewhere around those timings of proper 8 hours. Due to poor sleep, I am feeling like my mind is not shutting down and I am having overthinking and stress at night. How to solve this and get back into proper sleep cycle?

Mere sir se kal raat me sir ke upri hisse se ek indian bat takari usne mujhe kata ya nahi ye confirm nahi hai me kya karu konsa injection lagwai agr kata nahi hai to injection lagwane se side effects to nahi hoga mujhe heart aur lungs ki bhi dikkat hai saas ki dikkat hai aise me rabies ya aur koi injection ka side effects to nahi hoga saas fulne me saas lene me dikkat hone par bata dijiye please

I did routine ecg test. Report is attached. Please check the report. It shows a little bit higher qrs. Is it normal.

24 Female Since 7 months i am having non cyclic pain in right breast and armpit, done all types of physical examination by general surgeon, ultrasound, chest x ray, blood test: nothing came out but problem dint go despite all types of medicines, physiotherapy etc. Now since 3-4 days I have also started having the same pain in my left armpit and side of breast. I am very stressed as visited so many doctors but pain is just increasing and spreading.

Yesterday my temperature reached 101.9°F. ​My symptoms are: ​Constant throbbing pain in my back. ​A wet cough (not dry). ​A very blocked nose that makes it hard to sleep. ​I’m currently taking Paracip and Cetcip as prescribed by a doctor yesterday, but the fever is still hanging on. I wanted to check if there’s anything else I should do, especially for the back pain and the nose blockage.

I got a small cut in my hand with a rusty lock. My last tetanus injection was in April 2023 during delivery time. Do I need an injection now? Attaching pictures of hand and lock.
