In Dec, 2025 mt cbc reported hb of 12.4 with mcv of approx 64 and mch around 40. After six months, now I tested again and hb came 11.7 with other parameters almost the same.
I am bearing the thalasemia trait and has a subclical hypothyroidism.
Please suggest

Thalassemia trait person may live normal lifestyle, but in case of hb deficiency need ifa tablets along with b12 .T.major individual required blood transfusion mainly.so no worry ,now take tablets for iron deficiency and for subclinical hypothyroidism go for test again after 3 months .
