After iron infusions HB level
I hv iron deficiency anaemia , recently my total thyroid removal surgery done. After surgery my calcium level is low and  I'm on calcium supplements, Dr stop antacid tab for calcium absorbing issues. Now I hv acitidy from orofer tablets . So Dr give me IV encicrab  last Monday. That time my HB level 10.8. I repeated CBc test is Monday that show HB level 10.1 .why hemoglobin decrease instead of increasing.

such fluctuation is common and nothing to worry continue your treatmnt and wait for longtime results
