Hello doctor.. My HB count is 10.5 . and am planning for pregnancy .. This HB level will effect me... Please help me.. Am worried..please suggest me how to increase this HB level... Thank you

Nothing to worry...surely you can plan your pregnancy.You need to eat foods that increase your hemoglobin and we need to start you with supplement that will increase your hb.and you will not land up into anemia.And before conceiving thts v better if you have a prepregnancy checkup and counselling.
