One week ago when I was taking a bath, I put some cold water on my left shoulder then my neck twisted and I felt extreme shoulder pain. I put some gel on this, I got some relief but not 100 percent. I feel pain presently, what should I do. Pls Give some solution

So I completed my full Anti Rabies Vaccination course as follows:- Day 0 - 4/11/2025 Day 3 - 7/11/2025 Day 7 - 11/11/2025 Day 28 - 2/12/2025 A day later on 3/12/2025, I got scratched by my vaccinated pet dog's paw and it bled a little. I immediately washed it with soap and water for around 15 minutes, put some dettol antiseptic solution on it and then finally put antibacterial ointment on it. Now as I have just completed my full Anti Rabies Vaccination course on 2/12/2025 and got scratched a day later, will I need to take another course of the Anti Rabies Vaccination? I am worried as the scratch led to a little bleeding which immediately stopped after I washed it and put some antibacterial ointment on it. Do I need to take another course of the Anti Rabies vaccination now?

So a i was travelling in shorts and suddenly felt something warm and saw that the dog licked my leg and not sure if there was a bit . I went to doctor to give medication, they gave rabivax s in the glutes and then i saw internet i came to know it is not ideal place to have that injection instead it shoudl always be deltoid . Now i am worried , should i repewt the course or take the next doses in the deltoid and also should i take hrig?

I am having palpitations after meal and this symptoms I have been suffering since last 1 year.
