Esr -35 HBA1c- 5.7 Glucose fasting - 101 Uric acid - 7.9 Urea- 17.90 SGPT - 70 Total cholesterol - 217 Triglycerides - 201 Vitamin B-12-136 Vitamin D3-15.16 The above are my increased parameters among all my blood test reports. Provide some guidance for them whether they can become normal by life style changes or need some medication.

You should consult with general physician as with your lipid profile your vitamins profile is also deranged And if you're a vegetarian then there's very little vitamin b12 in our diet you should take an injectable course and daily vitamin b12 medications

Cholesterol and uric acid is in higher side. B12 and vitamin D are too low. For these values only lifestyle changes won't help. You need medications Your symptoms, body weight , your current lifestyle are also important to decide upon treatment plan.
