Hi Adarsh Hope you are doing well. As per your reports your HbA1c is in the ore diabetic range. Your fasting and random levels are normal - this is quite common as  you might have not had your regular food prior to the test but a HBA1C which looks at your 3 monthly average sugars cant be easily tricked! Nevertheless, it's all right. You are young and you need to regulate your diet and exercise. You do not need medicines. I could connect you with a reliable fitness coach if you are interested. Your reports suggest prediabetes, I.e. you areat risk of developing diabetes. Take sugar free, low fat diet, with more of vegetables and fruits,  take regular physical exercise and stay stress free. Repeat HbA1c after 3 months.
