My HBA1C and mean blood sugar is high, i have attached my blood report, please tell me the reason for this and also the risk if any

Hba1c is just high normal you need to change your lifestyle Some modifications in your habits are required if your obese try to follow strict diet Do 30 min of walking daily Avoid sweets and sugar Fruits like banana sapota ,mangoes will cause high sugars try to avoid them
