Your report suggests that you’re prediabetic I.e., prone to get diabetes. So the most important factor to prevent diabetes from occurring is Diet Modification which mainly consists of healthy diet, avoid sugar containing foods, avoid packed foods, also have to be consistent with short durations of exercises daily. After that you can get sugar levels checked again within a spam of 2-3 months.

Your HbA1c of 5.8% indicates prediabetes, not diabetes. Focus on a healthy diet, regular exercise, weight control, and avoiding sugary foods. These steps can help bring your sugar levels back to normal and prevent diabetes. Recheck HbA1c in 6 months.
