Since yesterday evening, I am experiencing the following: • No hunger at all (only had breakfast today, couldn’t eat lunch, felt like fullness after a few bites) • Constant feeling of fullness/heaviness in the lower abdomen, like gas is trapped • Sharp, pricking pain in the lower abdomen • Occasional tingling-type pain, sometimes in the fingers and sometimes in the lower abdomen • Bloating and excessive gas • Dry mouth • Yesterday evening, after drinking tea, I developed a burning pain in the stomach followed by vomiting Kindly advise on possible cause and treatment.

Two days ago I Received tetanus shot and had reaction results in blisters on shot site but no fever and no dizziness What should I Do?

Hi mother has thyroid from past many years just did blood test found out thyroid is still high and ESR is 80. From past few weeks she is having Paronychia in her right index finger and itchiness in other index finger . Could you please suggest what needs to be don't she have 50mg thyroid medication. I have started taking rabies vaccine from day 2 of exposure.. Taking xprab vaccine and I took day 0, 3 and 7. These were given in arms/shoulder left and right respectively. Now the day 14th vaccine was same brand however i had to take it from another dr due to work off. The dr who gave the 4th vaccine i.e on day 14 said that I'll give this vaccine only on your gluteal/buttocks region... I tried telling him and showing him the WHO and health guidelines but he said no and it was already 20 minutes I had the vaccine in my hand out of refrigerator. Since it was already 11.30 in night I went ahead with it... Now suddenly I am worried as everywhere online it says that u should not take the vaccine in gluteal.. What should I do now my next dose day 28 is scheduled this Friday. Is the vaccine taken there effective or what should I do kindly help on this matter as it's seriously causing me unnecessary stress......

My mother is having high BP from 3 days .. on day 1 it was 200/95 and on day 2 and 3 it is 150/80 or 160/85 without medicine... and now in night it is coming 150/85 so should I take BP medicine now?? I was prescribed cilacar 10 around a year back so can I have it now??
