Hi, Cough with dry throat, nausea and feeling cold plus weakness often comes with a common viral infection. Rest, warm fluids and steam can ease it nicely. If it doesn't settle in a couple of days, a medical review would be worthwhile. Feel free to consult for further guidance.

Dry cough with nausea, a dry sore throat, chills, and weakness is a very common presentation of an upper respiratory tract infection or early viral illness. These symptoms usually last about 5-7 days and tend to resolve on their own with proper rest. Drinking warm fluids, gargling with warm salt water, and staying warm can help ease the discomfort in the meantime.
Next Steps
Rest well and stay hydrated. Please consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation if symptoms worsen or persist beyond a week.

Your symptoms of dry cough, throat dryness, feeling cold, nausea, and weakness are most commonly seen with a viral upper respiratory tract infection, though other causes are also possible. Regarding medications, it would be best to know: How many days have the symptoms been present? Any fever, runny nose, or sore throat? Any history of asthma/allergies? Any current medications or medical conditions? Do consult for further evaluation
Next Steps
✔️ Drink plenty of warm fluids and ensure adequate rest. ✔️ Steam inhalation and warm salt-water gargles may help relieve throat irritation. ✔️ For fever/body aches, Paracetamol can be taken if needed
