So I passed out mbbs in 2024 and I have got some wierd problem from time when I was 16 a sudden outburst of palpitations, tremorns, lot of sweating, excessive fatigue, sudden constipation nothing was going out, over active bladder , headache all these started at a time ... So many doctors so many lacks they say anxiety, depression,ibs , gastritis now I'm laughing at the diagnosis. Problem I'm  Suffering is due to over active nerves and hyperactive immune I guess pls anyone' can help me out with this... Fatigue is never ending like cfs fibro but I think it's not fibro or cfs . Can't waste money anymore, but ready to spend if anyone can treat it

Hello doctor, I want to ask about rabies risk. A street dog sat on my bed kept outside. Later, I touched and cleaned that bed with my hands. I also kept my clothes on that same bed and wore those clothes afterwards. I even ate food without washing my hands. There was no dog bite, no scratch, and no fresh saliva contact. Is there any chance of rabies from this kind of indirect exposure? I am feeling anxious.

I have dry skin on my leg. A stray dog licked while I was going out of my house. Do I need vaccination or any other treatment?

I took my blood test my vitamin D was 9 mg. So i took uprise d3 60k as recommended. But after i tale it there is bleeding in my stool. Then next time i pass stool its normal. After a week i took uprise again and same thing happened. Then post that my stool is normal. Any suggestions if i should take some other vitamin d3?
