If only one day pulse rate stays between 150-200  bpm sinus tachycardia for seven hours only one day does it cause tachycardia induce cardiomyopathy or weaken the heart

I am having cough and cold from last 3 days and mild fever so i took medicine paracetamol but now i am feeling weakness and body is drained out of energy and bit dizziness please suggest some good medicine.

I feel sometimes my pulse rate increase in sleep once i found this as soon as I wake up it completely Stop bwhat is this that time pulse rate was 130 i don't have sleep apnea

He is diabetic and recently had glucoma surgery the thing is he losses his weight and his voice texture also dicresed and almost his bp is low ,,, camwhat tests to be done

Hi , am currently 7 months postpartum and having chronic urticaria and am on anithistamime drug almost every day . Am breasfeeding my child so taking this drug is safe? ( I am taking Montair ) and also since I was child I am having urticaria and it's on and off but now it's severe . Please help

Hi Dr Sir/ Ma'am I have accidentally hit my forehead hard  walking into a glass door. I was shaken at that time. Now 80 hours have passed and I don't have any red flag symptoms like vomiting, fluid drainage, loss of consciousness etc. But having on and off moderate headache. Now since 80 hours has passed can I be sure that nothing serious is there or I need to attend doctors ? Why this moderate headache. Also after 80 hours ct  scan or MRI which is better. Kindly help. Thanks
