Sob not improving

I have mild sob since 2 weeks- I have to take shallow, deep breath frequently- I was evaluated by medicine n ENT doctor- ecg chest xray bloodwork normal- spo2- 98/99% Ent gave me nasal spray n anti allergen for 1 week but I don't have much relief.
