I have read that body clears up the hpv infection on its own within 2 years.But My body is unable to clear the infection even after 3 years. i had got 1 filiform wart on my face 3 years ago and now there are 3 warts.I have tried every possible treatment from electro cautary to  homeopathy to topical creams to chemical treatments but nothing worked.I am emtionally in stress now  as these warts on my face are lowering my self confidence.Please help me out

Respected Dr., From last 4 - 5 months, i am noticing that whenever i take a nap or sleep at night whenever i wake up my body starts shaking and i feel like i will fall. I checked my blood sugar level and it was normal. I dont have thyroid. Hello doctor, When I move my head towards the left, ear pain happens. Combing my hair, my head gives a hollow sound. I have left leg foot stiffness all day, pain radiating in the left arm and right leg joint pain. Can't focus on moving objects. What could it be?
