Hello Doctors, I recently had my blood work done due to feeling weak, and the results showed a B12 level of 59. Here are the other blood test results: - Hemoglobin: 12.1 - Transferrin Saturation %: 17.87 My local doctor prescribed Neurokind Gold RF for a month. Neurokind Gold RF contains 500 Mcg , but I’m wondering if this dosage is sufficient for me. I’ve been taking Fexuclue and Motinorm DT for GERD for the past two months. My father has type 2 diabetes and is 70 years old. He has suddenly started having very high fever from today morning, and acute diarrhoea, which is almost watery and he is unable to control. When he has high fever, he is unable to maintain his balance. So we consulted a doctor at home. He has given 1g paracetamol and linezolid 600mg. He had 104F fever at 9pm when he took 1g paracetamol. But at 1 am, he again has 102.7F and after wet cloth application, it has not improved. He has also taken 1 dose of the antibiotic. What should my course of action be?
