Low Libido
Namastey Doctors, I hope you all are doing well.
I have been facing a low libido issue since the start of hsing Nexito 5MG for my anxiety issue, before start of the medicine my libido was really good. Now that i am continuing the same medication, libido issue is still there. Can i regain the libido issue once the medication is stopped or it is permanently lost for me. Please help me i am really disturbed after this.

It is possible that psychiatric medicine affect libido. It is reversible in most cases if the duration of treatment isn't very long. Firstly, you definitely have good observation skill and are sensitive to your body. To begin with you had Anxiety issues for which you are taking Tab Nexito 5mg. Now the pertinent observation here is the stress that you are going through because of the loss of libido. It's catch situation.
SSRI( Nexito) is know to cause decreased libido. But it's not permanent. Once you decrease or stop medication. Libido will gradually return. So don't take stress about it.
But- donot stop Nexito abruptly without proper medical advice.

Nexita has a habit of causing loss of libido. But it can be counteracted by Bupron.
If after 7 days, bupron does not work then change Nexito.
